Solunea is your contact for data processed by the Thaleia website. To ask a question or exercise your rights, use Solunea’s contact form and explain your privacy-related request.

Limited aggregate page-view statistics improve the website’s content and usability, based on Solunea’s legitimate interest and within consent-exempt audience measurement. You can opt out. Separately, your prior permission enables journeys, campaigns, clicks and form outcomes to be measured. Declining detailed tracking does not block the website or its forms.
One visit at a time
A random identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage. It is renewed after 30 minutes without a measured action or when the date changes in Paris. No account is required. We do not link your visits across days or devices. Your acceptance or refusal is stored separately for six months, without a visitor identifier.
Limited data
We never send names, emails, messages or form contents to analytics. URLs are cleaned; only controlled campaign labels are retained. There is no screen recording or detailed browser feature detection. IP addresses are masked before storage in Matomo. Servers necessarily receive technical information to deliver requests; hosting logs are separate from analytics reports.
Hosting and retention
Matomo is self-hosted at Hostinger, with private reports restricted to people authorised by Solunea. Raw data is retained for 90 days and aggregate reports for 24 months. Aggregate collection uses a separate site and session identifier under CNIL restrictions: no accessible individual logs, profiles or raw exports. It excludes campaigns, referrers, conversions and custom dimensions. The two datasets are not linked to reconstruct individual journeys.
Demo and trial requests
Demo request details are emailed to Solunea to handle your request. The trial form sends your address and choices to Solunea’s service to create your access. These operations fulfil your service request and do not depend on analytics consent. The newsletter choice is separate. The Google signup link leads to the Thaleia application; this page does not describe external services’ processing.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using ‘Manage my preferences’. This stops future detailed requests and removes their local identifier, without automatically deleting data already received. You can contact Solunea to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can also complain to the CNIL. As Matomo does not store your name, locating a particular visit may be impossible.
Limits of these reports
Aggregate statistics cover measured pages except for opt-outs, blockers or network loss. Detailed tracking starts only after permission, with no replay of earlier actions. Do not add the datasets: a consenting visit can contribute to both. Segmented aggregate reports may be rounded to preserve anonymity. Use ‘Manage my preferences’ to disable all analytics or re-enable only aggregate statistics. The aggregate opt-out lasts until changed or browser storage is cleared; previous refusals remain respected.
